A Preview of Our Capiz Jewelry Box Collection
I'm hella excited for our jewelry boxes collection made from Capiz shells and wire works that Julius and I are working on so I posted some of the photos although they are not yet finished. As you can see, the jewelry boxes haven't gone through furnishing yet since they just came out from the assembly team.
The next step would be the electroplating process of the metal exteriors of the jewelry boxes including the wire arts. Once they have been dipped into gold, these tiny little guys will evolve from ducklings to beautiful swans (with a smile and sparking eyes. laughs!) as they will become golden, shiny and shimmering! After electroplating, we would put some velvet material and mirror inside each of them to add grandeur to their look.
I can't wait to see them all finished. We haven't priced them yet because we still have to wait until the whole process is done before the costing stage. But each of these will approximately cost $4.00 for the Garden Rose, the cube jewelry box with rose flower on top (7cm. x 7cm. x 7cm.) and $4.50 to $4.75 for the Hibiscus Jewelry Box, the rectangular one (4in. x 6in. x 4in.).
Our products will be available locally and abroad so I hope you can support our small business as we are also providing a livelihood program for a small community of people in our town who are part of this venture.
After this project, our next design collection will be focused on Capiz chandeliers and lamps.
